Our Vision

Provide a matchmaking platform for jobseekers and employers. Provide job-related information to registered jobseekers and employers through SMS and email, and introduce them to employment opportunities available in the government and private sectors through online and offline career counseling.

Our Mission

When a person faces starvation due to unemployment, they may be driven to desperate measures. Unemployment is fueling crimes such as drug use, robbery, theft, burglary, and kidnapping for ransom. It is also pushing some people into inhumane activities like begging and prostitution. The number of unemployed people in India today has reached millions. Our goal is to implement training programs for educated, uneducated, and skilled workers, prepare them for examinations, and help them secure employment or self-employment. Through Lotus Petal, we aim to address the problem of unemployment by building relationships with government offices, semi-government institutions, private organizations, factories, and other establishments.

Goals

Provide information about job opportunities to as many jobseekers as possible in the state and promote employment in the private sector. Ensure that Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and women in the state have maximum access to employment opportunities.
